AWESOME!!!! I did not think these tough stains in my carpet would come out but they made it happen! The technician that came out was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I will DEFINITELY be using them in the future! Price was cheaper than every other company I called. Overall I am VERY pleased. 5 Star you guys are Awesome!

We had prepared our home to have the carpet cleaned and the service we had booked cancelled ten minutes before our appointment. I called Five Star and they had an opening, so they showed up about 30 minutes later. They were professional, did a GREAT job, and very courteous. They even removed a stain that predated us!!! BONUS.. They were also CHEAPER than the original service we booked! I will be using them again.
